Honorable Visit of Her Excellency Ambassador of Nigeria to the RGPPSEZ

On 20 September 2023, we had the great honor to welcome Her Excellency FOLAKEMI I. AKINLEYE, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to the Royal Group Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone (RGPPSEZ).

The visit was arranged by officials of Ministry of Commerce one day after Her Excellency’s meeting with Her Excellency CHAM NIMUL, Minister of Commerce.

Her Excellency Ambassador and Mr. UEMATSU, CEO of RGPPSEZ, had an insightful discussion and exchange of information and experiences about the investment in Cambodia and Nigeria, and then proceeded to visit the factory of LIWAYWAY (CAMBODIA) FOOD INDUSTRIES CO., LTD., a snack food manufacturing company from the Philippines, widely known in Cambodia by the snacks branded “Tenta”.

It was a memorable and honorable visit. And we hope there will be more and more collaboration between businesses of the two countries.
