Looking back at the aerial photos of our Royal Group Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone (RGPPSEZ) from 10 years ago and now, we feel extremely proud as the developer of the zone, and excited how the landscape has changed throughout the years.

For a very long time, the area had been field with minimal activities and a very small population until we started our development in 2006.

Today, the zone has become a thriving manufacturing hub, a landmark with quality infrastructure, hosting 112 international companies from 14 different nations around the world. This transformation has currently created jobs for more than 48,000 people, bringing not only economic development but also skills and knowledge in various industries ranging from food and beverages to electronic and automobile assembly, and contributed almost USD 2 billion in the export value of Cambodia in 2024.

These photos capture the significant progress of the RGPPSEZ—a powerful reminder of how vision and effort can drive lasting change.
