On 25 February 2025, the 1st quarterly HR/Admin Meeting was held in Royal Group Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone (RGPPSEZ), with 57 participants from various factories within the zone.

The meeting covered a range of topics, including foreign work permits and an update on the determination of qualifications of HR and administration in charge of enterprises by H.E. Pol Chandara. Additionally, Mr. Sun Samoeun from Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ Plc. shared survey results on factors influencing employee productivity in factories within the zone. The meeting also included an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) update on fire prevention and road renovations.

This quarterly meeting provided a valuable opportunity for participants to stay informed about current labor laws and other relevant issues. It also allowed representatives from the various factories within the zone to share their knowledge and experiences, fostering collaboration and mutual learning. The meeting was a resounding success, and we look forward to hosting more such events in the future.
