On 25-26 October 2024, Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ Plc. (PPSP) hosted an enriching two-day training workshop titled "Personal Growth," aimed at enhancing the skills and potential of employees from both PPSP and other participating tenant companies. The workshop, attended by 25 participants, created a collaborative environment centered on self-improvement, career growth, and personal empowerment.

A Focus on Personal Development

The "Personal Growth" workshop was designed to equip participants with valuable tools and strategies to enhance their personal and professional lives. Facilitated by experienced trainers, the sessions included interactive discussions, group activities, and individual reflection exercises. Participants were encouraged to share their experiences and insights, creating a dynamic learning atmosphere.

This enriching workshop is the second in the series of 5-session program that is conducted in collaboration with the Cambodia Federation of Employers and Business Associations (CAMFEBA) and supported by the Skills Development Fund of the Ministry of Economic and Finance. 

The first workshop, conducted on 20-21 September 2024, focusing on the Advanced Management and Leadership, was also a resounding success. The feedback for the two trainings has been overwhelmingly positive. We do look forward to the rest of the program.
