The Professional Development Program (PDP) continues to grow as a vital initiative for enhancing the skills and capabilities of professionals across various industries. On 6-7 December 2024, the program introduced its fourth course on Emotional Intelligence (EI) to an engaged group of participants, including professionals from our company, Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ Plc. and from manufacturing companies in the Royal Group Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone. This course marks  a significant milestone in the program’s mission to equip individuals with the soft skills essential for thriving  in today’s dynamic work environment.

Leaders play a crucial role in shaping the  emotional culture within an organization. During the course, Participants were equipped with practical tools and strategies  to lead with emotional intelligence, fostering trust, accountability, and motivation within their teams. By emphasizing the importance of self-awareness, empathy, and effective communication, the course aimed to empower leaders to create positive and productive workplace environments.
