On July 13-14, 2018 Phnom Penh SEZ Plc. provided customized training on Leadership and Management Skill to 32 employees of Angkor Diary Product Co., Ltd.

The course outline included General Overview of Leadership and Management, Communicating as a Leader/Manager, Problem Solving Skills, Worst Leadership/Management Mistake and Situation Leadership. All participants actively participated in group discussions as well as in sharing their ideas and perspectives to reflect what they have conducted in the workplace and how to adopt new knowledge for improvement.

The training was conducted successfully with satisfactory results.
