Sahas Properties Co., Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Phnom Penh SEZ PLC.

We are established in November 2018 under the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia with head office located in Royal Group Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone. We primarily take charge of property development and management inside the zone.

We will put ourselves in the industrial property sector first where is our playing field. Later, we will gradually diversify our business portfolio to have more commercial and residential property.
