We are the leading industrial zone developer and operator and are seeking qualified candidates for the following positions based in Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Site specific design of Civil/ Site and utilities projects.

·        Calculation and preparation of conceptual and detailed design drawings of road, box culvert, drainage, manhole, wing wall, retention pond, bridge and slope…

·        Assists with the preparation of proposals, design packages, and tender documentation.

·        Managing deliverables, quality and program, coordinating drafting staff and mentoring others.

·        Participate in the delivery of projects and ensure output is of a high standard and within time and cost budget allocations.

·        Develop and manage cost data on all types of buildings and infrastructure works

·        Site inspection, control quality, daily weekly and monthly report, solve problem with client about technical issue

·        Prepare method statement, specification submit to client

·        Manage soil backfilling work and construction work
