On four different occasions, 29 April, 5 May , 12 and 20 2022, a training course on the Online Registration in Cambodia National Single Window (CNSW) and Online Master List Application was conducted for 68 companies in Royal Group Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone. 

The training course was the result of initiation and collaboration by the Delegate of the General Department of Customs and Excise of Cambodia (GDCE) based in the zone and the zone developer, Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ Plc. (new name of Phnom Penh SEZ Plc., to be officially amended).

The purpose of this training is to promote digitalization through online master list application as well as to ensure that the Vision of GDCE: “To be a modern customs administration” is achieved through providing better services to improve facilitation and contributing to sustainable and efficient economic development and social protection.

All stake holders: Customs delegate, zone developer, and zone investors, continue to join hands together to promote digital customs administration by replacing paper-based customs procedures with electronic operations. In so doing, we create a more efficient and modern customs environment in tune with global developments.
