On 2 May 2024, as the developer of Royal Group Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone (RGPPSEZ), we were greatly honored to attend the Grand Opening Ceremony of Toyota Tsusho Manufacturing (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., presided over by Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN MANET Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, honorably participated by H.E. UENO Atsushi, Ambassador of Japan to Cambodia, as well as many high-ranking government officials and business partners related to the company.
On 25 April 2023, the Earnings Forum 2024 was held at the Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX). The event was presided by H.E. Hong Sok Hour, Royal Government Delegate in charge as CEO of Cambodia Securities Exchange with the participation of 5 listed companies namely Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ Plc., Grand Twins International, Sihanoukville Autonomous Port, PESTECH (Cambodia) Plc. and JS Land Plc.
On Tuesday 23 April 2024, Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ Plc. held our 8th Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting at Wing Tower from 2:00 – 3:30 PM, with the Record date 01 April 2024.

On 23 February 2024, the first "Listed Company Forum" in 2024 was held at Royal Group Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone hosted by the Cambodia Securities Exchange. The event was presided over by H.E. Hong Sok Hour, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as CEO of the CSX, Mr. UEMATSU Hiroshi, CEO of Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ Plc. (PPSP) with the participation of PPSP’s speaker, Mr. Fong Nee Wai, the CFO, Representative from Royal Group Securities and various participants ranging from finanacial instituitions and also individual private and public investors who shows keen interests in following our company’s progress.
Royal Group Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone (RGPPSEZ) was established in 2006 with the aim to create a premiere location for manufacturers from a variety of industries and to create many job opportunities for Cambodian people.
On 21 November 2023, Royal Group Poipet SEZ Co., Ltd. had a great honor and pleasure to welcome the visit of His Excellency Ouk Bung, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce in charge of SEZs in Cambodia after H.E’s visit to our parent company, Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ Plc. and other manufacturing companies in Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ on 10 November 2023.
