On 6 October 2022, Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ Plc. in collaboration with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) organized a 3rd quarterly HR meeting with 82 participants from various companies inside the zone. 

During the meeting, Ms. Heng Chantheng, Project Coordinator of UNIDO shared with all participants the Decent Employment for Youth (DEY) Project with the objective to support students to get a job after graduation as well as to increase private sector engagement in technical and vocational education and training (TVET) design and delivery. 

Through the support from UNIDO and Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ Plc., there was a great opportunity for seven technical training institutes (TTIs) from Phnom Penh and other provinces joining online and offline in this quarterly meeting and presenting their training curriculums and skills taught to all participants. TTIs are expecting to work further with the companies inside the zone in order to address the skills needs and ensure that demanded skills are in place to be served.  

This meeting successfully ended with the updates on safety, security and infrastructures in the zone, and all participants really enjoyed asking and sharing their comments regarding the topics.
