In collaboration with the Technology Promotion Association (Thailand-Japan) – (TPA) an organization based in Bangkok and has more than 40 years’ experience in providing training services and with the Japan-Thailand Economic Cooperation Society – (JTECS) was established in 1972 in Tokyo, Phnom Penh SEZ Plc. conducted its the two-day Pre-Job Training Program on June 20-21, 2018 at Phnom Penh SEZ Plc. (PPSEZ)’s training room with 18 participants from various factories inside the zone.       

The training program mainly covered the basic knowledge of company rules and regulations, employee roles and responsibilities, teamwork, working life, positive attitude at workplace, basic safety, grooming and personal hygiene, basic 5S and Kaizen. All participants actively participated in group discussion as well as in sharing their ideas and perspectives to reflect what they have in their factories and how they can adapt their knowledge.

The training was carried out successfully and with satisfactory results.
