Quarterly Meeting of Japanese Industries’ Investors in Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ

On 16 Jun 2022, a Quarterly Meeting of Japanese Investors in the Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ was conducted for the second time in the year 2022.

This Quarterly Meeting of Japanese Investors is organized to discuss and to share information about not only internal matters faced by investors inside the zone but also to share information about ideas and future plans such as solar energy usage etc.

In this second Quarterly Meeting, three companies from the Royal Group of Companies namely INFINITY Insurance (A general insurance company), CAMLIFE (A life insurance company for workers and individuals), and J-Trust Bank, attended to introduce their specialized services to the participating investors.

Besides, we also had speakers from JICA explaining about the Project for improving the connectivity of the “Southern Economic Corridor” in Cambodia, from JETRO introducing the website links where investors can access to important information and documents related to business operations in Cambodia, and from AEON MALL introducing their new company in the field of logistics and e-commerce.

It was another fruitful discussion and information-sharing session after the long break during the pandemic time. Hopefully, we will have more and more of such meetings.
