On 19 October 2022, in collaboration with the Technology Promotion Association (Thailand-Japan) - TPA and the Japan-Thailand Economic Cooperation Society (JTECS), Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ Plc. conducted 5S Implementation Training Program to 22 participants from the companies inside the zone.       

The training program mainly covered the basic knowledge of productivity improvement through 5S, 5S system, and the detail of each element of 5S theory and real practice at work, awareness of waste reduction and seven wastes plus one. 

All participants really enjoyed learning and sharing their ideas to reflect what they have in the workplace and how they can unitize what they learn for productivity improvement.
