On 12-13 October 2022, in collaboration with the Technology Promotion Association (Thailand-Japan) (TPA) and the Japan-Thailand Economic Cooperation Society (JTECS), Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ Plc. conducted a two-day pre-job training program to 18 participants from various companies inside the zone.       

The training program mainly covered the basic knowledge of company rules and regulations, employee roles and responsibilities, working life, attitude at workplace, basic 5S and Kaizen. All participants actively participated in the group discussion as well as in sharing their ideas and perspectives to reflect what they have in their factories and how they can utilize what they learn in real practice.

The training was carried out successfully and with satisfactory results.
