On Saturday, September 29, 2018, PPSP provided customized training course on Effective Team Building to 26 employees of Taica (Cambodia) Corporation.  

The course outline included the overview of team building, the stages of team development, building trust & team motivation, and the key to becoming a good team player. All participants were given an opportunity to actively participate in group discussions as well as in sharing their ideas and perspectives regarding the effectiveness as a team player and the development of positive attitude at workplace.   

The training course ended with satisfactory results.
