On Wednesday, August 21, 2019, PPSP provided a training course on Basic Leadership Skills for Team Leader and Supervisor to 11 participants of various factories inside the zone. 

The course outline included the overview of leadership, characteristics of leader, communicating as a leader, common mistakes that a leader can make, and situational leadership. All participants were given an opportunity to actively participate in group discussions and share their ideas with one another so that they can improve their skills to become better leaders.
