On 28 June 2024, the 2nd quarterly HR meeting was held in Royal Group Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone (RGPPSEZ) with 63 participants from various factories in the zone.

The meeting covered a range of topics, including Lodosha Co., Ltd.'s Recruitment Service, the Japan Heart Children Medical Center's presentation on the Benefits of Blood Donation, and a Waste Management and Soft Skill Training program from Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ Plc. Additionally, H.E Pol Chandara and Mr. Huon Soeur from the representative office of the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training in RGPPSEZ presented on Special Labor Inspection, One Enterprise, Safe Community, and Occupational Accident.  

This quarterly HR meeting was a great opportunity for participants to stay up-to-date with current labor laws and other related issues. Participants and representatives from all the factories within the zone had an excellent opportunity to learn from each other's knowledge and experience. The meeting was a resounding success, and we look forward to hosting more such events in the future.
