On 13 March 2024, the 1st quarterly HR meeting was held in the Royal Group Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone (RGPPSEZ) with 57 participants from various factories in the zone.  

The meeting covered a range of essential topics, including Soft Skill Training and Day Care Service presented by the Educational Development Institute (EDI) and Community 21 School; Traffic and Safety and wildfire prevention in the zone presented by Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ Plc.; and Apprenticeship, Internal Dispute Resolution, and Foreign Work Permit presented by the representative office of Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training in RGPPSEZ. 

Through this quarterly HR gathering, we believe that all participants and representatives from factories inside the zone had a good opportunity to get new updates on labor law as well as other related matters.
