On 26 October 2022, Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ Plc. conducted a one-day training program on HR for Non-HR Personnel to 26 participants from various companies inside the zone.       

The training program mainly focused on introduction to human resource management, key functions of human resource management including recruitment and selection, training and development and performance management, and the type of employment contract: fixed during contract (FDC) and undetermined during contract (UDC).
