Royal Group Phnom Penh SEZ Plc., the developer of Royal Group Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone (RGPPSEZ), and our company was incorporated and registered in the Kingdom of Cambodia as a private limited liability company with commercial registration no. Inv. 1076KH/2006 dated 10 May 2006 and was later converted into a public limited company approved by the authority on 7 July 2015. We are the leading industrial zone developer and operator and are seeking qualified candidates for the following positions based in Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Site specific design of Civil/ Site and utilities projects.

·        Calculation and preparation of conceptual and detailed design drawings of road, box culvert, drainage, manhole, wing wall, retention pond, bridge and slope…

·        Assists with the preparation of proposals, design packages, and tender documentation.

·        Managing deliverables, quality and program, coordinating drafting staff and mentoring others.

·        Participate in the delivery of projects and ensure output is of a high standard and within time and cost budget allocations.

·        Develop and manage cost data on all types of buildings and infrastructure works

·        Site inspection, control quality, daily weekly and monthly report, solve problem with client about technical issue

·        Prepare method statement, specification submit to client

·        Manage soil backfilling work and construction work 

Job Requirement

Qualifications and Skills Required

·        Bachelor’s degree in construction or civil engineering.

·        At least 3-5 years’ experience in civil work and infrastructure design.

·        Experience working on land development projects or design of roads, drainage, waste water system, water supply, WTP and WWTP.

·        Ability to work closely with design professionals at a project level with minimal supervision

·        Proficient with Microsoft Office, Project, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS and other civil work software is preferable.

·        Knowledge of hydrology, hydraulic, drainage management, drainage software, calculations and civil work cost estimation.

·        Good command of Cambodian and English language, both reading, writing, and speaking or other languages is a plus.

Be honest, flexible, independent, and able to work under pressure.
