Since 2010, PPSEZ has been conducting the Customer Care Meeting every year. This meeting is aimed at providing zone investors the opportunity to raise their concerns and recommendations to zone developers and related government officers.
This year, the Annual Customer Care was held on March 28th, 2014. The meeting was attended by around 100 people, including zone developers, zone investors and representatives from the five related government entities. The meeting was chaired by H.E. Chea Vuthy, the Deputy Secretary General of Cambodian Special Economic Zone Board (CSEZB) and the Chairman of Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone Administration (PPSEZA).
Mr. Hiroshi Uematsu, CEO of PPSEZ, opened the meeting with his warm welcome to all participants for their presence at the meeting. On behalf of PPSEZ management and staff, he expressed sincere gratitude and appreciation to zone investors for their great cooperation and continuous belief in PPSEZ. The meeting went on with the presentations on updates on general information, recruitment and security issues by Ms. SARAN Sopha (Customer Service Manager), Ms. KANG Vongdy (Recruitment Officer), and Mr. KEA Sophoin (HR & Admin Manager).
During the meeting, investors raised questions and concerns toward zone developers and government representatives. Their questions were answered promptly by PPSEZ management and the government representatives.
The meeting ended with the reassurance from the Chairman of PPSEZA and PPSEZ CEO that all concerns and recommendations raised by investors would be taken into serious consideration. The Chairman and the CEO also showed their strong commitment in promoting better conveniences in daily operations of zone investors.
